The season may start 7v7 or 9v9 depending on the team rosters but ultimately will grow up to 11v11 as soon as all teams have enough players. Securing a soccer field (6:00-10:00) in a central location has been a challenge. Stay tuned for updates. Anyone interested to join a team please contact one of these captains Homa, Javier Rojas, B, and Howard.
The TMSL Board is sad to announce the loss of a long-time player in our league, Vimal “Fiji” Kuberan, who passed away last week. For those interested, his celebration of life is Friday, 15 December, 10AM at the Northwest Community Friends Church, 5950 N La Canada Dr. For those of us who played with or against Fiji, he was a great person and player, and we will miss him. Thanks to those teams that held a minute of silence at their games Sunday.
Thanks, Marty
