Player Registration Deadlines
The weekly deadline for player registration is Wed 7pm for paper and Fri 5pm for online.
Weekly Player Drop/Transfer/Refund Deadline
Requests must be made by Wed 7pm
Refunds are based on eligibility and not based on whether the player has played or not.
No refund request will be accepted or considered after Jan 1, for the Fall/Winter Season.
A transfer request must be made by the player.
A transferred player needs to sit out one game and pay a $5 fee.
Players transferred AFTER the last Wed (paper) or the last Fri (online) of Jan will be INELIGIBLE for the postseason tournament.
To be eligible to play in the first Sunday games all players must submit complete registration by the following deadlines:
Paper (office) – Wed 9/4 7pm
Online – Fri 9/6 5pm
The following are the weekly deadlines throughout the season:
Registration: Paper (office) – Wed 7pm
Registration: Online – Fri 5pm
Refunds before 12/31/2019: contact a board member by Wed 7pm

Jerseys
All players are required to wear jerseys with the Chapman Auto logo and with professionally-applied numbers.
If a player does not have a jersey that meets the requirements then the player will not be allowed to play in the game.
In the event of a jersey color conflict, the home team (the first team listed) is responsible for a jersey change.
Alternative jersey options which are acceptable are as follows;
1. An alternative jersey with professionally applied numbers; or
2. Penny jerseys may be worn over the League supplied Chapman jersey.

Tournament Cutoff Date and Mid-Season Registration Fee
To be eligible to play in the postseason tournament, all players must be registered by Wed, Feb 24th, 7pm.
The player registration fee is now $60 for Prem, D1, D2 and O50.
The fee for O40 is $40.
Due to the World Cup Final on 18 December, all games that day will be rescheduled to a later date. Enjoy the game and be safe.
