Player Registration
With the introduction of on-line registration and the option of presenting to the match referee either a ASSA/TMSL player pass or alternative ID, there is some confusion about what is required and when for a player to play on any given Sunday match.
The TMSL By-laws are very clear.
First, we play by the rules of USSF and ASSA, our National and State affiliation, respectively. These rules require a player pass for every registered player. Although team captains may choose to use the pass or an alternative ID (driver’s license, etc.) on Sunday the rules still require the creation of a player pass credential. This requires every potential player to provide to TMSL a passport quality photograph of himself. Absent a player pass, no player is eligible to play in a TMSL or State sanctioned match. There are NO exceptions.
Second, in order to play on Sunday, the by-laws are clear – see Section V, paragraph 10 “Games – All players must be registered no later than Wednesday in order to play on Sunday”. Stated differently, you cannot register on-line on Friday and play on Sunday. You cannot play on Sunday unless your on-line or paper registration, including a photograph, is completed no later than the Wednesday prior to your desired Sunday match.
No TMSL Board Member, or the State Registrar, has the authority to override the TMSL By-laws.

Dear Managers, Coaches, Referees and fans
All games will be played at the Kino South complex on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30p and 8:15p. We will be playing 40 minute halves for this summer, and mandatory water breaks.
Also Substitution will be in every dead-ball (like FIFA rule) if players have checked in at half line with AR.
The fields listed on the TMSL schedule will be “Kino South A” and “Kino South B.” We have to use these designations because Kino will not be notifying the league about the specific fields they have been assigned each night until teams arrive at the field. If you are scheduled these games, when you go through the gate at the south complex, ask Kino personnel which two fields are being used by TMSL. If you are scheduled to field A go to the lowest number field indicated by Kino personnel and if you are scheduled to field B go to the highest number. For example, if gate personnel tell you TMSL is playing on Kino 3 and Kino 4, teams A should go to field 3 and teams B should go to field 4.
Summer 2019 Deadlines
The online registration deadline to play in the first game is 5/17, 5pm.
There are no summer refunds after this deadline.
Games start on 5/21.
For Tues games, the online registration deadline is the prior Fri, 5pm.
For Thurs games, the online registration deadline is the prior Sun, 5pm.
All deadlines are strict.
