Board Meeting 8/17
The board meeting will be at 6:30pm at Synergy Plaza 2529 N. Swan Rd.
The Chapman Cup will begin on March 17 with all games at Kino. The Open Division is divided into two brackets of 6 so all teams will participate. Except for O40, all divisions will use an 8-team tournament format with 2 byes in the Quarterfinals. The top 4 teams are seeded from 1-4 so the first and second place teams can only meet in the Finals. We will conduct a blind draw to determine who the top 4 teams play in Quarterfinals (5th or 6th Place teams), or whether they get one of the two byes. In O40, the 4th and 5th Place teams will play in the Quarterfinals to determine the 4th Place team. We will conduct a blind draw to determine which team the 1st and 2nd Place teams play in the Semi-Finals (3rd or 4th Place teams).
The schedule for the Tournament Championships will be determined at a later date.
Tournament Transfer Deadline
To be eligible for the post-season tournament, all transfer requests and complete player registrations must be submitted by:
Office/Paper – 1/30 Wednesday 7pm
Online – 2/1 Friday 5pm
Players added to rosters after these deadlines will be ineligible for the tournament.
