Soccer In The Pines 2013 Tournament
The AZ Soccer Alliance is hosting an annual soccer tournament in Payson, AZ, northwest of Phoenix and deep in the Tonto National Forest. There is limited room in their Soccer In The Pines 2013 tournament on Memorial Day Weekend in May.

Change to the Summer Schedule
All O50 games are on Tuesdays.
All O45 games are on Thursdays.

The D1 games for Week 6 on 11/10 will be played at Lincoln E.

Feb 19th Registration Deadline
To be eligible for the post-season tournament, all players must be registered by 7pm, 2/19.
EJ Marx of Marquez Insurance suffered a massive heart attack a couple of Sundays ago during his team’s TMSL game. He is in a medically induced coma and is the primary provider for his wife and 4 month old baby.
An account has been set up for anyone who wants to help the Marx family with medical bills or other financial concerns.

The D1 and O40 games that were cancelled on 9/15 have been posted.
Games are set to be played on 12/15.
Note: no more games are expected to be scheduled (makeup or not) for the rest of December and games are expected to restart on 1/5.
Change of rule for All Divisions:
Effective immediately September 26, TMSL would like to modify substitution guidelines moving forward as follows so that substitutes can be made on any out-of-bounds balls:
So, a team can substitute on their own throw-ins and corner kicks, and all goal kicks, as well as the opponent’s throw-ins and corner kicks only if the opponents substitute first.
New rule for O50 and O60 Divisions
NO SLIDING. Exception: “Sliding to save the ball from going out of bounds or save the goal is permitted only if the opponent player(s) is not engaged in the same play”
