FC Tucson Invites Public to Official Stadium Groundbreaking
What: FC Tucson will officially break ground on the new Kino Sports Complex North Stadium.
Where: Kino Sports Complex North Field One, behind clubhouse, 3600 S. Country Club Rd.
When: Thursday, April 25 @ 4:45 p.m.
Additional information: Fans invited to have pictures taken with a shovel and hard hat.
FC Tucson statement from managing member Greg Foster: “The tremendous quality of this project, as well as the pace at which Pima County has moved from stadium concept to shovels in the ground, is a credit to County leadership and staff members. FC Tucson is proud to have been part of this effort and looks forward to bringing excellent youth, amateur and professional soccer events to Kino Sports Complex”
Summer 2019 Registration Is Open
Team registration deadline: Thurs 5/9 7pm (office hours: 5-7pm)
Divisions: Open, D2, O40, O50
Player registration deadline for first game: 5/15* 7pm (office) or 5/17* 5pm (online).
Player registration fee: $60
Expected start date: 5/21
Season duration: 10 games plus a week or two of makeups (dependent on fields and referees available)
Game days & times: Tues or Thurs, 6:30pm or 8:15pm
