A memo from the TMSL president about the new divisions: Divisional Changes

  • Score Accuracy

After the final whistle, please check the score with the referee to ensure that it is recorded accurately on the game sheet.

  • New Rules

Change of rule for All Divisions:
Effective immediately September 26, TMSL would like to modify substitution guidelines moving forward as follows so that substitutes can be made on any out-of-bounds balls:

    1. Retain current substituting guidelines: sub on own throw-in and all goal kicks.
    2. Add substituting on own corner kicks
    3. Add substituting on opponent’s corner kicks and throw-ins IF opponent substitutes first

So, a team can substitute on their own throw-ins and corner kicks, and all goal kicks, as well as the opponent’s throw-ins and corner kicks only if the opponents substitute first.

New rule for O50 and O60 Divisions

NO SLIDING. Exception: “Sliding to save the ball from going out of bounds or save the goal is permitted only if the opponent player(s) is not engaged in the same play”
