Registration Information

New Team Signups

1. Email tmslsoccer@gmail.com to receive a team representative username and password
2. Login to TMSL Registration site and follow prompts to create a new team
3. Add all players to be registered (***All players must be on roster on website before registering both by team and individually)
4. A team representative is required to pay the New Team Bond at the TMSL Registration site.
5. A minimum of 11 players must submit all player registration materials before the team is registered to play.
6. A team and its players must submit all payments and registration materials by the season team registration deadline to play.

 

Returning Team Signups

1. A team representative is required to add all players to be registered (***All players must be on roster on website before registering both by team and individually)
2. A minimum of 11 players must submit all player registration materials before the team is registered to play.
3. A team and its players must submit all payments and registration materials by the season team registration deadline to play.

 

New Player Signups

1. Contact team representative to add the new player to website roster
2. Create an online account by clicking on Registration and then clicking on Request Access. After logging in, upload and submit all items below.
3. Four items are required for new players through the TMSL Registration site:
   • Upload a photocopy of driver’s license or passport.
   • Upload a CLEAR digital PORTRAIT (head shot) picture in jpg format.
   • Submit a PayPal payment.
   • Check (accept) the digital waiver.

 

Returning Player Signups

 *This includes a player that has previously played at any time in TMSL

1. Contact team representative to add player to website roster
2. Login and upload and submit all items below online. If you do not have an account than see New Player Signups above.
3. Two items are required for returning players:
   • Submit a PayPal payment.
   • Check (accept) the digital waiver.
